How to Add LOP days?#

LOP stands for Loss of Pay also referred as Leave without Pay (LWP). This will be applicable for employees who would have exhausted all their leaves but has the necessity to take leave.

To add LOP for a selected employee, follow the steps below:

  1. From Salary tab select the Payroll month.
  2. Enter the number of days under LOP column against the desired employee
  3. You will see a confirmation message after successful entry of LOP.
  4. Process payroll for the selected employee, for whom LOP days have been added. You will notice that the LOP Column and Paydays column will be update appropriately.
