Bulletin Board Module#

Bulletin Board is a space intended for the posting of public messages to the Employees. This is a complimentary feature in the application and has to be subscribed to get activated.

All the posted messages will have a start and end date. The messages will be displayed on the Employee’s home page from the given start date. The new messages will be shown as “Notifications” link in the employee’s homepage. The messages will cease to appear after the closure date.

There is also an option to attach the supporting documents for the messages and can assign a“Rank”, order in which they have to appear.

The administrator has an option to control the publishing of the bulletin messages to selected employees and can also hide a given message to the employees.

Posting a Bulletin Message is a four step process and they are :

  • Add Bulletin.
  • Upload / Attach Document.
  • Short List employee.
  • Send mail to employees about the message posted.
