Understanding the fields in the By Design Importer page.#

1. This is the selected payroll month. Ensure that this payroll month is not locked.
1(a). You can click here, on the Month to change to the desired Payroll month
2. This is the status of the file import. Check the drop down for various status

  • Started -
  • Prepared - This is the status where the data has been read by the application and is prepared to import.
  • Imported - The status when the data has been imported
  • Error_Prepare - Error while reading the data.
  • Error_Import - Error while importing.
  • Error_Validation - Error while validating the data.
3. This gives you the summary of the uploads that has happened.
4. You can use the View or Delete button for the respective file. You may note that the Edit and Delete button will appear only under files which are in Prepared status.
5. Use the Upload button to upload the files for import.
