Set Rules / Configure the template.#

All templates will have to be configured with given set of applicable rules. These include:

  • Work Flow levels
  • Options for the Claimable items
  • General rules
  • Customized fields.
  1. Select the template for configuration and click on Configure.
  2. Click on Edit link to configure.
  3. Select the necessary work flow levels and click on Save to store the settings.
Work flow levels: select the level here to set the reviewers and approvers.
  • Level one – this will enable only one reviewer who is apparently the approver also.
  • Level two – this will enable one reviewer and one approver.
  • Level three – this will enable two reviewers and one approver.

You can also select the Override and Reject access to the required reviewers and approvers.

Override: checking this option under the required Level will allow the reviewer / approver to change /override the claim amount.

Reject: checking this option under the required Level will give access to the reviewer /approver to reject the claim.

Once given access to reviewers they can reject or override individual claim items in a template. The access can be controlled only on template and cannot be given for individual item level in a template.

  1. Now click on Add Item to configure the template Item.
  2. Select the desired Category and Item and select the Claim Type
  3. You will notice that upon selecting your claim type, only the relevant fields below will be activated. Lets us select the Amount Base claim type in this example. Key in all the necessary details.
    The Custom Fields allows you to capture all the minor info about Claim Item. There is an option to make this entry a mandatory field.
    Click on Save to continue. You also have an option to restrict the template to a certain set of employees. This can be done by selecting “Shortlist”.
