Document Center Module Administration#

Using the “Document Centre” module you can upload Employee specific documents, which are personal and restricted. The nature of the documents include: Appraisal form, ESOP allotment letter, Incentive / Bonus letter, Promotion letter, Address proof, Employment proof and other HR related documents.

The formats supported for upload are: Doc, Docx, Xls, Xlsx, Ppt, Pptx, PDF, Txt, Gif, Jpg, Png.

The documents should be uploaded in zip format and should contain Employee Number and not the name (example: ESOP.zip should contain, 1000.doc, 1001.doc, 1014.doc etc.). Make sure to zip the files and not the folder.

For the documents to appear / visible on Employee’s page, it has to be signed off by the administrator. The contents of the uploaded document are displayed which is also a process of verifying the appropriate document to the given set of employees.

Incase of a mismatch in the document uploaded; there is a feasibility to change it to the correct employee number.
