Automatic Employee Status change on confirmation date#
There is an option in this release to automatically update the Employee status to “confirmed” based on the confirmation date mentioned under employee information. The preference has to be set by the admin to change the status.
- Go to System > Preferences > Employee
- Select “confirmed” under Confirmed employee status.
- Click on Apply to save the changes.
The employee status will change only for new employees or for those employees whose confirmation date has been modified. But not for the existing employees whose confirmation date has already been set.
