Import Employee Role#
This feature in the application is used to upload the Employee role details for bulk employees. There is an extended feature for removing the existing role and adding a new role.
The data sheet has 3 columns viz : Employee Name, Role Name and Remove Role. Under the Remove Role if selected as Yes will remove the existing role, if selected No or left blank, the role will be added if not present.
This procedure is similar to the excel upload of any other data. The relevant excel sheet has to be filled prior to uploading the data.
Steps:
- From the home page go to Tools > Excel Importer and Select Employee Role from the drop down.
- Browse and Upload the appropriate excel file.
Sample Data
- Click Import to import the data.
