To import SAP data to Greytip Online.#

Follow the steps below to import the data from SAP to GO. Ensure that the data you intend to import is of the same payroll month that you select in GO.

Steps

  1. From the home page go to Tools > By Design Importer.
  2. Check for the Payroll month and click on Upload. Change the payroll month if required before uploading.
  3. Now browse to the desired XML file and click on Upload button.
  4. The list of activities will be displayed. Click on Verify button to perform the check.
  5. You can verify the data of all categories by clicking on their specific links. Next click on Import button. This step will let you know of any discrepancy in the data.
  6. A log message will be displayed about the activities done after successful import of data.
