Click on the file name to download previously uploaded excel file. Status of the previous import and import log can also be seen.
This screen will be shown if there are any master values in excel sheet which are not present in the database. In the example shown here, there are 3 new locations and 1 new department.
Importer has identified 'BANGALOR' as new location as the spelling in excel sheet is different from what is present in database. So this can be remapped to existing location 'Bangalore' which is already present in the database.
Existing locations can be seen in the drop down list.
'Srinagar' and 'Jaipur' locations are not there in the database, so 'Add new' option has to be selected.
Similarly 'Marketing' department is not present in database, so it has to be added.
Click on 'Import' after selecting the options for all the master values.
