Publishing Payroll Data (Employee Self Service)#
If you opt for the Employee Self Service (ESS) option, you can publish the payroll information to employees. Employees can log in to the system and view information about their:
- Payslips
- Year to date (YTD) pay summary
- Loan statements
- Income tax statement
- Reimbursement statements
Employee can also carry out the following actions:
- Submit Income Tax declarations online
- Do what-if analysis of IT impact
- Claim reimbursements
- Submit trouble tickets
