Publishing Payroll Data (Employee Self Service)#

If you opt for the Employee Self Service (ESS) option, you can publish the payroll information to employees. Employees can log in to the system and view information about their:

  • Payslips
  • Year to date (YTD) pay summary
  • Loan statements
  • Income tax statement
  • Reimbursement statements

Employee can also carry out the following actions:

  • Submit Income Tax declarations online
  • Do what-if analysis of IT impact
  • Claim reimbursements
  • Submit trouble tickets
  • and much more...
