You can use a variety of reconciliation tools to review and verify the accuracy of the payroll:

Negative Cost Report	This report tells you if there are any employees with negative net salary.	This report is available under "Payroll - Post Process Reports" section of Reports Gallery.
Employee Reconciliation Report	This report gives a detailed break up of variation in employee head count from previous month to current month.	This report is available under "Payroll - Post Process Reports" section of Reports Gallery.
Payroll Difference Report	This report shows the differences in values for various components when compared to the previous month's payroll. The report can be viewed grouped by component or by employee.	This report is available under the Reports menu
Payroll Reconciliation Report	This reports shows the total differences in amounts for various components when compared to the previous month's payroll. The head count differences are also shown. This report can be taken consolidated for the entire company or can be generated by department, location, etc.	This report is available under "Payroll - Post Process Reports" section of Reports Gallery.
Payroll Statement	This reports shows the Earnings and Deductions for employees for a month. This is flexible and has user-configurable features. This is explained in full detail here	This report is available under the Reports menu
