What are the other options that I can set in a Payroll Statement?#
You can set a number of other options in the statement. Details on how these can be set are given below:
- Reach the Payroll Statement Designer by clicking on the Edit Statement button after selecting the statement on the Payroll Statement screen.
- You can reach the Payroll Statement screen by clicking on the Payroll Statement menu bar under the Reports menu.
- Click on the Options tab. This will open the Options screen of the Payroll Statement Designer.

- The following options can be set
- Suppress Zero Total Columns (see box 1) - Checking this On will result in all columns that do not have a value to not appear in the report.
- Add Serial Number (see box 2) - Checking this On will result in a Serial Number column getting added in the statement.
- Summary Report (see box 3) - Use this option to display only the summary information for a selected Group item instead of listing all employees in the group. To know more about how to setup various groups in the statement, click here
- Suppress Excluded Employees (see box 4) - Checking this On will result in all employees who are marked as Stop Salary
from not appearing in the report.
- Public Access to this Statement (see box 5) - Checking this On will result in the statement being visible to other users of the application. This refers to users of your application and not to all users of Greytip Online.
- Sort Order (see box 6) - You can specify here on how the final output is to be sorted.
- Employee Filter (see box 7) - This option enables you to generate the statement for
- Current Employees i.e. non-resigned employees
- Settled Employees i.e. employee who have settled in this month
- All Employees i.e. employee who are current and who are settled in this month
