Fields to select for getting Salary Information report of a particular / selected month.#

You will have to set preferences for the application to generate report for a given month. After setting the preferences, you will have to choose the Payroll Month field from Selected Payroll category and the required fields from Salary Information category to generate the desired report.

Steps to set Preferences for Payroll month field

  1. From the home page go to System > Preference > Payroll Folder > Payroll
  2. Check the box next to Do you want to load last accessed payroll while logging in next time
  3. This option will enable the Payroll month field to pull out report of a given month.

Steps to create QB
  1. From the home page go to Reports > Query Builder.
  2. Click on New Query.
  3. Select the Selected Payroll category from the drop down menu. Choose Payroll Month field and move it to Output fields.
  4. Now go to Salary Information category and choose the required field for display.
  5. You will now have to select the order in which the fields will have to appear on the report. Use the Up and Down arrow here for navigation.
  6. Now select the Conditions to filter the information and click on Next.
  7. The Results of the query will be displayed. You can choose to modify the query by clicking on Back or save to store the report.
