Employee - Submit Claim#
All the applicable Claims will be configured for the employees and they can make their claim under the respective templates. The Employees will be able to submit the claim only if their transition (such as Company, City, Division etc.,) are mapped to a particular currency /home currency.
A summary of the Claim form will be created which has details of the claims and the name of the employee’s reviewing Managers / Supervisors and the approving authority.
Steps:
- From the homepage go to Claims.
- Click on Add Claims and select the required Form and click Create. You will see the list of configured Claim Items under the selected form.
- Click on the desired Claim Item and fill up the details and Save.
- The claim form is now ready to send for Approval. You can also save this form and can do amendments later and finally submit for Approval.
- Click Send for Approval or Save and Submit Later.
