Integrated Help desk (Zen Desk)#
Greytip Online application now has an integrated support desk, where you can post your queries / issues in terms of tickets and also get to know the status of the resolution provided. The link to the support desk is provided in all pages as Support button. There is no separate login required to access this support desk.
This support portal also has sections on Frequently Asked Questions, Latest updates about the application, Announcements and a discussion Forum.
You will have to subscribe to this feature for the option to be enabled in your home page.
Go to System > New Features > and select ESupport
To post a ticket
- Click on Support button available on all pages.
- Click on Post Ticket to report an issue.
- Key in the description, priority level and click on Post Ticket
To check the ticket status
- Click on Support button available on all pages.
- Click on View my tickets to check the status.
- You will be taken to the Greytip support portal. The status of your ticket will be available under Check your existing requests
